Call For Proposals
The Summit’s Call for Proposals is an invitation to educators, researchers, policymakers, practitioners, learners and education partners from around the world to contribute their knowledge, research and real-world experience to the Summit programme.
If you have research, evidence, an innovative approach, a practical solution, a case study, or lessons from implementation that could help improve education, we invite you to submit a proposal. The Summit's international footprint has expanded quickly. The 2024 edition featured 60 speakers, the 2025 edition brought more than 30 countries and up to 190 education specialists, and the 2026 edition featured 120 speakers from 30 countries across 130 sessions.

CELEBRATING EXCELLENCE IN SHARJAH
Improvement grows when excellence is recognised, shared and made visible. The Sharjah Award for Educational Excellence, established in 1994-1995, celebrates distinguished individuals and institutions and includes the Gem of the Arabic Language category.
The Award is already part of the Summit story: winners of its 31st cycle were honoured at the opening of Sharjah International Summit Improvement on Education 2026. The 32nd cycle is scheduled to announce winners in February 2027, followed by its awards ceremony in March 2027.
